仕事詳細
Cooperate with Sales staff, this position require to work as a In-House Sales
- Get order from client by phone, report to manager
- Follow up and ensure shipping deadline
- Make sales related documents like quotation, order sheet,Sales report etc...
- Communicate with supplier about order
- Support Sales activities
- Take care of Existing client
- Visit client and get information about situation
- Handle audit from client
- Responsible for some tasks related to sales systems
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age:25-35 years old
・Gender:Any
・Education: Bachelor degree
・Language: Japanese or Chinese Business level and English conversation level
・More than 2 years of working experience as Sales Support, In-House Sales, import/Export staff, Sales Staff
・Good Command of Office software like excel etc...
・Living in Bac Ninh

・Working in Japanese Company
