<Job Responsibilities>
- Make design following with Japanese Managers guidance
- Conveying Japanese manager's instruction to Vietnamese staff
- Draw design by CAD
- Check construction drawings of CAD operators.
- Check if the construction drawing follow the rule of Vietnamese construction law
- Correct the construction drawing according to Japanese Manager's instruction
- Submit construction drawings to Quantity Surveyor Team and have meeting with the team
- Other tasks assigned by Japanese Manager



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor degree in construction or related majors
・Age: 30-40 years old
・Gender: Any (Male preferable)
・Language: English (Business level)
(For conveying Japanese manager's instruction to Vietnamese staff)
・Experience: More than 5 years working experience as structural design
- Has experience working in Japanese companies or Foreign-owned companies
- Has experience working in construction projects of Japanese companies.
- Well understand of Japanese style design drawing

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Male
・Working experience in construction site
・Experience in construction drawing
・Working experience in Japanese general contractor.
・Language: Japanese

<Schedule>
Due to current pandemic, company plans to start interview in the middle of May 2020

<Interview>
*Total 3 rounds*
1. First round: Interview + Test (About drawings)
Interviewer: Japanese Manager + Vietnamese Staff
2. Second round: Interview
Interviewer: Japanese Director
3. Third round: Interview (with Japanese company side)
Interviewer: HR Manager + International Control Manager

1st + 2nd round cannot be done via skype
3rd round is via skype.
