<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage general account tasks, accounts receivable, accounts payable
- Collect cost information and keep track of expense database
- Prepare cost forecast (Monthly, Quarterly, Annualy)
- Make business reports such as BS (Balance Sheet), PL (Profit and loss), cash flow and sales forecast
- Prepare tax report according to Vietnamese law
- Arrange salary (salary, tax, social insurance)
- Submit required documents to accounting firm
- Submit accounting report and required documents to Japan head office.
- Other tasks assigned by Japanese Manager


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 28-40 years old
・Language: Japanese Conversational Level
(For internal use: phone, mail, communication)
・Experience: At least 3 years experience in Accounting - any industry
・Have Chief Accountant Certificate
・Word, Excel, Power point: Intermediate level

<Schedule>

- Interviewer: Japanese General Manager + Japanese Managing Director
