<Job Responsibilities>
・Manage general account tasks, accounts receivable, accounts payable
・Collect cost information and keep track of expense database
・Prepare cost forecast (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually)
・Make business reports such as BS (Balance Sheet), PL (Profit and loss), cash flow and sales forecast
・Prepare tax report according to Vietnamese law
・Submit required documents to accounting firm
・Make VAT refund
・Deal with Tax audit and Accounting (Twice per year)
・Report to Japanese Director and do other tasks assigned by Japanese Director.
・This position will have business trip to warehouse in Ho Chi Minh and Da Nang once per year.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting related majors.
・Gender: Any
・Any: 28 - 50 years old
・Language: English business level (for internal use communication and writing mails)
・Experience: At least 3 years experience as Accountant in any industry, in any type of company.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have Chief Accountant experience or have Chief Accountant certificate.
・Have working experience in trading companies.
・Have experience in making VAT refund and Tax planning.
・Can work long term for the company (at least 3-4 years)

<Interview>
・Interview round: 1 (face to face)
・Interviewer: Japanese Director and Accounting Staff
・Test: Might have accounting test.
・Interview language: English
