Sales Staff - Machinery

<Service: Providing setting-up and operation service for vending machines >
<Clients: Mainly factories in industrial zones>
<Saturday Working: Every other Saturday >

<Job Responsibilities>
1. Support the Taiwanese manager (60% of the tasks):
・Support all the tasks of the manager
・Drive the manager to the appointment and join the appointment.
・Support documents, paper work for the manager
・Other tasks assigned by the manager.

2. Sales activity and Customer support (around 40%)
・Developing new client activities by phone, by connection from friends and co-workers
・Follow and maintain relationship with existing clients. This position mainly works with client company's General Affair staffs.
・Make contract with clients.
・Meeting once per week to check the process.

3. Other notes:
・Training time after joining company is from 3 days to 1 week. After that employee will have on-the-job training.
・Use company car for for meeting clients.
・Almost no business trip (Might have once per year training in Japan)
・Sales activity in charge is not divided by area.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: College and above
・Gender: Female only
・Age: 25 -39 years old
・Language: Have Chinese (Mandarin) conversational OR English conversational (for communicating with the manager)
・Experience: Have at least 1 year experience working as Sales (B2B, B2C) in any industry.
・Skills: Have car driving license (already have)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Chinese business level (Mandarin)
・Have experience working in Japanese companies

<Schedule>
・Interview rounds: 2 rounds
・Interviewer:
- 1st round: Japanese Branch Manager in North + Taiwanese Sales Manager (face to face interview)
- 2nd round: Vietnamese General Director in the South (video interview)
・Test: No
・Interview language: Vietnamese in both rounds.
