Sales Staff - Trading

<Clients: Mainly Japanese, Korean and local companies >

<Job Responsibilities>
・Client type portion:
- Big companies: 60% Japanese companies, 20% Korean companies, 20% Local companies.
- Small companies: 40% Japanese companies, 50% Korean companies, 10% Local companies.

・Suggest products suitable to client's need and requirement.
・Respond to products inquiries and give technical advise.
・Follow after product is being delivered.
・Prepare seminar and exhibition.

- Understand sales strategy, methods, and target sales amount.
- Develop and maintain good relationship with existing clients while developing new clients.
- Actively communicate and visit several customers and maximize sales amount to each clients.
- Secure new business and provide good after sales service
- Prepare and submit sales reports.
- Prepared and participate in marketing events such as seminars, exhibitions and road shows.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.

【職務内容】
FA用部品、プラ型用部品、プレス金型部品を中心に300万点以上の製品を販売しておりますMISUMI VIETNAMにて、日系・韓国系・ローカル系と様々な分野の大手顧客をターゲットに既存営業の売上最大化、新規顧客の開拓をお任せいたします。

【具体的な業務】
・お客様のニーズ合わせた製品のご提案
・既存企業への定期的訪問などによる関係性の構築
・製品に関する問い合わせの対応、技術アドバイス
・製品納入後のアフターフォロー
・セミナーや展示会の実施





<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor degree and above
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25 - 35 years old
・Language: English business level (for internal communication and for working with suppliers)
・Experience: Have at least 3 years working experience in any position, during which have at least 2 years working as corporate sales in any industry.

<Personality>
・Positive, bright personality
・Can receive information from clients and provide solution on their own.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have experience working in sales position in manufacturing companies.
・Have experience selling to big companies

・Interview round: 2 rounds

- 1st round: Japanese Deputy Manager+Japanese staff+Vietnamese staff (in English)
- 2nd round: Japanese Deputy Manager+Japanese staff+Vietnamese staff (in English)
