<Job Responsibilities>
This position is named as "Sales Staff" in the company.
However, the tasks are as below:
・Working with existing clients, no need to find new clients.
・Receive product inquiry, orders from clients
・Purchasing tasks to collect the needed materials
・Pass the inquiry, order and material to the Production department
・Contact with Logistic companies for shipment and delivery matters.
・Make documents required during each steps: Sales - Purchasing - Import-Export steps
・No business trip required.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor degree and above
・Gender: Female preferred
・Age: 30-40 years old.
・Language:
- Japanese conversational level (equivalent to N3) for reading email and communicate internally.
- English conversational level for using with some clients.
・Experience:
- At least 3 years working experience, any position any industry.
- Have experience working in Japanese companies.
- Have purchasing and import - export knowledge
- Live or can work in Hai Phong.
・Skills: Can use MS Office, especially Excel.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have knowledge about ISO9001, 14001
・Prefer work experience in Manufacturing companies.
