<Job Responsibilities>
- Coach project Software development process of all projects. From approach customer (proposal/estimation to close project)
- Follow project KPI (quality, cost, deadline and productivity KPI)
- Collect all project KPI, analysis & propose solution to improve
- Maintain current QMS process (template/process/standards/KPI …)
- Customize Agile/Waterfall process if we have any issue (propose, get approval, implement and control)
- Train for developer/tester about QMS system
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Any
- Age: 25 - 35
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Experience:
+ More than 1 years’ experience as a QA leader, strong experience about creating/ maintaining software development.
+ Experience in Smart Agile/waterfall process
+ Experience in training for developer/tester about QMS system
+ Have knowledge/experience in project management
- Language: English - Business Level
- Other: Good analytical and organizational skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Prefer candidates who can speak Japanese
- Have CMMI (>= level3) or ISO (>9000) knowledge is advantage
