<Job Responsibilities>
· Finds and approaches new customers.
· Maintains and develops relationships with existing customers.
· Make an action plan for each month.
· Checks the quality of samples after receiving composition from R&D department, develops/improves new products together with the team leader and R&D staff.
· Supports techniques to customers accompanied with R&D staff/director/vice director or alone as customers' request.
· Responsibly deals with customer complaints.
· Gives advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
· Reports sales results to the team leader.
· Arranges sending samples to customers with an instruction sheet.
· Prepares and submits necessary documents to customers as their request.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: under 30 years old
・Gender: Any
・Background: Bachelor in Food Science
・Language skills: English - Business level
・Experience: At least 1-year experience in Sales for food/seasoning
・Good knowledge & passion for food
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in food manufacturing company
