<Job Responsibilities>
- Being responsible for developing and operating of company's native games (using Unity)
- Designing and implementing while considering continuous function needed
- Being responsible for construction of development environment (game tools, test environment, etc.)
- Working on the user's point of view, user experience
- Recognizing the quality that suits the current market and proceeding to design
- Improving efficiency in reducing operational load and reducing update work

・Age: 28-35

・Language: English conversational level
・Experience:
・Having more than 2 years of Smartphone native game or game development experience in the Game industry
・Having game development experience using Unity and C# (C Sharp)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Can use Japanese
・Having experience of 3D graphics and shader programs
・Having experience of game design
・Having experience in Japanese company or study in Japan
・Having knowledge of Japanese Manga and Anime, Game
