Fullstack Lead Software Engineer - IT

<Job Responsibilities>
- Bridging in communication between development staff in Vietnam and Project Manager in Japan by participating in team meetings, handling issues, and translating - interpreting.
- In charge of GEO (Global Employment Outsourcing) operation management (support Recruitment Department about documentation and necessary procedures, communicate with Management Department in Japan, develop tools, etc.).
- Participate in a part of software development process such as the documentation process, requirements analysis, design, deploying, code reviewing, unit testing and operating the product.


<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Experience:
- More than 3 years of frontend experience with React & 3 years of backend experience with Go or NodeJs.
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, front-end languages; performance testing frameworks.
- Experience with user interface design; browser-based debugging and performance testing software; AWS; Pull Request-based development.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Management experience a team of 3-5 people

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experienced working or studying in Japan.
・Experienced or interested in architecture – construction – manufacturing system.
・High interest in various programming languages and coding.
・Language: Japanese business level (N2 and above)

・Can work both individually and in a group
・Fast to adapt to new changes.
・Good leadership skills and highly responsible.
