Japanese Speaking - Test and Commissioning Engineer - Construction

<Job Responsibilities>
• Preparation or review of Project Suite of Test and Commissioning Plans and Standard Operating Procedures ensuring that the Plans adhere to the contract, Vietnamese or English standards as required.
• Review Test and Commissioning Plans for various subsystems of the System as shown above compliance to the relevant requirements as required.
• Review Test and Commissioning Test Procedures for various subsystems of the as shown above ensuring compliance to the relevant requirements as required.
• Review and/or prepare Test and Commissioning Test Reports for various subsystems as shown above ensuring compliance to the relevant requirements as required.
• To review and/or prepare of Wiring Diagram, C&I Drawing, and other relevant documents required for the Testing and Commissioning stage and instructed to test team, and coo-worker to fix the issues if any, and support to prepare and submit the as-built documents.
• Support for manager in training activities (demonstration of Equipment Operation and/or Maintenance) for Operation&Maintenance company staff.
• Review of the Quality Assurance Documentation that affects On-Site Testing and Commissioning Activities
• Be part of their allocated Subsystem to carry out and complete PAT (Partial Acceptance Test) and SAT (System Acceptance Test)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 25-35
・Gender: Male
・Education Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
・Language: Japanese - Intermediate Level (equivalent to N3 level, work directly with Japanese experts), English - Intermediate (Understand technical documents in English & Internal communication)
・Experience/ Required Skill and knowledge:
- Freshers with suitable backgrounds and language experience are accepted
- Willing to work in night shift.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Preferably experience in implementation of some Mechanical systems, Radio Control Systems, knowledge about Network System Configuration and Access Control of Data Transmission Systems, Telephone Systems, Basic Electrical Systems, Technical Equipment, etc.
- Experience in testing and commissioning in Rolling Stock, Machine line (preferable) Project, or Installation project;
