- Investment: business planning, financial planning, accounting, legal procedure investment scheme, partnership negotiation, contract making, company establishment procedure, etc.
- Business operation: leasing, operation activities
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 30 - 35 years old
・Gender: Female
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: Japanese - Business Level (equivalent to N1 level) and English - Intermediate Level (documentation, translation…)
・Experience:
+ Experience working in Real Estate as Investment Manager/ Property Manager
+ Having knowledge of accounting, finance, and legal
