Assistant Production Manager - Apparel

<Job Responsibilities>
- Work with Factory Directors (partner) to control the production & product quality
- Liaise with Sales Directors in other group company offices to analyze sales data and make production planning for all production sites (including sites in Vietname and overseas)
- Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs;
- Estimate costs and set quality standards;
- Liaise among different departments to deploy the product effectively;
- Manage and assign work for production team in HCM
- Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
- Make sure that products are produced on time & are of good quality;
- Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed;
- Aware of all risks and troubles in the factory and have proper solutions;
- Other tasks will be assigned by CEO

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Language Skills: English - Business Level (conversion with overseas office frequenly)
- Education background: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience:
+ More than 5 years of experience in garments production management, production data gathering, and analysis for productivity and quality control.
+ Basic accounting knowledge is a must, involving production site financial and profitability analysis.
+ At least 3 years as Manager

<Others>
+ Business trip to production site required if needed (domestic and countries-wide, Bangladesh, Indonesia).

<Preferable skills, experience>
+ Inventory management knowledge is an advantage.
