Preparation Manager - Quản Lý Khâu Chuẩn Bị - Textile

<Job Responsibilities>
- Prepare cutting plan and maintain daily working target according to cutting plan.
- Prepare the secondary processing plan and closely monitor the plan execution.
- Experience and technical know-how to follow the cutting method for every fabric material type
- Communicate with the merchandizer team & production team to discuss a cut plan to match with the sewing production schedule.
- Supervise and control cut panel’s quality inspection before bundling and RFID tag management.
- Accurate control by the daily cut report with fabrics consumption, replacement, loss
- Ensure strict waste control (reduce cutting rejection & fabric wastage), etc.
- Manage & increase efficiency by considering quality standards.
- Problems analysis, root cause identification, problem-solving, and smooth operation of the cutting section
- Minimize excess & short quantity
- Look for ways to reduce fabric consumption by cooperation with the CAD team
- Explain the direction and quality of work done by the leader/ sub-leaders and all the workers
- Train, supervise, and coach operators/workers
- Implement good administration in the section

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Graduate from College/University with major in Garment Technology, Industrial Engineering,...
・Language: English - Business Level or Japanese - Business Level
・Experience: More than 5 years experience in garment production management

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Highly technical knowledge of garments
・Good computer skills and data control
・Efficiency communication in both languages
