<Position Objective/Expectation >
To manage and grow the newly launched E-commerce business of the company by utilizing all available e-commerce platforms in Vietnam.
<Job Responsibilities>
- Creating e-commerce strategies and annual plans.
- Negotiating with platform vendors to maximize effectiveness.
- Daily managing the company's e-commerce platforms.
- Handling all operation tasks between the internal team and the platform team.
- Managing the execution of e-commerce promotions across e-commerce platforms to maximize opportunities for the business.
- Maintaining a comprehensive library of appropriate data: Deals Tracker, Sales Data, Traffic, Conversion Rate, etc.
- Monitoring stock situation and taking action to push the sales.
- Cooperating with internal departments of the company to ensure the highest performance.
- Leading members within the department.
- Other ad hoc tasks.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Education Background: Bachelor's degree in related major.
• English: Business Level.
• Experience and Skills:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as EC Manager or relevant role.
- Experience in setting up internal EC website / mobile apps.
- Good knowledge of the Vietnamese consumer market
- Good related computer skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good analysis skills
