<Job Responsibilities>
- Together with customers (distributors) take responsibility for achieving Sales results for Lighting products.
- Plan and manage agencies to execute Marketing activities (especially Digital Marketing) for products.
- Follow up with the sales team to ensure on-time response, and delivery schedule to customers.
- Manage Debts of distributors and agents effectively.
- Expand and develop sales channels (online & offline).
- Pay regular visits and provide sound support to build strong and long-lasting relationships with the customers (distributors).
- Update the market lighting movement between the company and competitors.
- Gain market information to give new ideas for sales development.
- Perform to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
- Coordinate with customers (distributors) to control the PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory)
- Other tasks as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English Business level
・Have at least 3 years of experience as Key Account for home appliance products (preferably in lighting) with strong skills in managing agents/distributors and driving them to achieve sales targets.
・Experienced in managing Sales channels and Marketing activities (especially Digital Marketing)
・Positive thinking, flexibility, loyalty, patience
・Good at logical and quantitative analysis and preciseness
・Good computer skills, good attitude, and manner
・Frequent traveling when required to visit customers.
