<Job Responsibilities>
- Originate, business develop, and manage new businesses
- General management skills primarily associated with the whole process of growth investment including due diligence, investment, financial analysis, and post-merger operational management
- Problem-solving skills to manage, structure, and solve complex issues with the ability to handle data analysis
- Basic knowledge of digital such as data analysis, designing and implementing digital twins and blockchain solutions

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- Experience in business investment, M&A, and new business development
- Strong network in the M&A industry for project sourcing
・Other:
- Ability to holistically analyze business domains in domain agnostic way and to spot opportunities in growth business domains.
- Self-starter and ability to drive business development on its own.
- Consistent aspiration for personal growth
- Team player

<Preferable skills>
- Japanese speaking is a big plus
- Especially working experience in Private Equity (PE) funds, and investment banks is preferable
