Financial Advisory Service Staff - Consulting

<Job Responsibilities>
- Join as a project member, and support the project leader in some tasks related to preparing and delivering high-quality reports in the following areas:
✓ Financial & Tax Due Diligence
✓ Financial valuations of businesses and assets (both tangible and intangible assets) under income approach (discounted cash flows), market approach (multiples), and cost approach
*We may collaborate with an outside valuation company
✓ Purchasing Price Allocation (“PPA”)
We may collaborate with an outside valuation company.
✓ Post-Merger Integration (“PMI”)
✓ IFRS advisory
✓ Internal Control advisory / Internal Audit
✓ Transfer Pricing documentation
- Based on instruction by the FAS Manager, depends on the situation of ongoing projects & staff task allocation.
- Work closely with clients/ target management to understand their business / their expectations and reflect them into our report.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, ...
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: Having 2 years of experience (not including experience in the internship term) in either Financial & Tax Due Diligence, Financial Valuations, IFRS Advisory, Internal Control Advisory / Internal Audit at consulting/ accounting firms
・Others:
- Good knowledge in 1 or 2 items of the following areas;
✓ Financial & Tax Due Diligence
✓ Valuation and financial modeling skills
✓ IFRS
✓ Internal Control advisory / Internal Audit

<Personality and Skill>
- High level of motivation, commitment, and dedication, “can do” attitude as well as a proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having ACCA, CPA, and CFA professional qualifications will be a plus
