<Job Responsibilities>
- Receive and process orders, manage inventory, and arrange shipping.
- Entry data and operate on the system to update orders' status
- Contact vendors to arrange delivery, and track and update delivery progress for customers.
- Check inventory and estimate delivery time for the sales department to negotiate with customers.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English - Business Level (Korean Speaking is a big plus)
・Experience: 5 years of experience as a Logistics Specialist (Working with overseas factories, and vendors) with at least 1 year working in a Korean company.
・Computer skills in MS Office 365, SAP, and Salesforce.
・Willing to go on business trips (overseas)
・Self-motivation, able to handle stress and follow up with difficult clients.
