<Job Responsibilities>
* Accounting Tasks:
- Input data monthly and re-check the data by shipment
- Review the FS report monthly
- Report statistic
- Monthly, Quarterly, Half of the year, Full year report to Japan HQ
- Manage Short-term and Long term Loan
- Tax report (review VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT)
- Work with tax auditor and external auditor
- Make and recheck the bank and cash payment
- Support to issue a VAT invoice
- Transfer pricing issues
- Cash and Bank Balance Report
- Follow and Check SOA(Statement of Account) of International Dept, Airfreight, Project Cargoes, Osaka, Singapore, Shanghai, ….
* GA/ HR Tasks:
- Salary Calculation
- Follow and check the insurance
- Support staff to input the data
- Support IT jobs
- Answer the questions from the head office
- Support the Work permit, Visa, resident card
- Admin jobs and other jobs
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience & Skills:
- Having a Chief Accountant certificate
- Experience working in a Japanese Company. (prefer more than 5 years)
- Able to use FAST (accounting software)
- People who can start working immediately.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience working at a Japanese Logistics Company is a plus.
・Can manage all back-office tasks
・Having management skills
・Can work ASAP
