JOB DESCRIPTION:
Source manufacturing materials, goods, products.
Compare and evaluate suppliers, negotiate the term of contract and pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Input order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal system.
Manage orders, track and monitor delivery progress as planned.
Keep update purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
Analyze and evaluate suppliers’ quality periodically.
Other jobs are assigned by the Head of the department to support the team and other departments when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related major.
No experience will be trained.
Good communication in Japanese (JLPT N3).
Must understand mechanical technical drawings.
Experience in a Japanese manufacturing company is preferred.
Have communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Be careful and timely at work.
Cooperative spirit and high responsibility, trustworthiness, and teamwork.
Candidates residing in Dong Nai and surrounding areas.
COMPANY INFORMATION:
Salary: 11 - 13mil VND Gross
Working in Long Duc Industrial Park, Long Thanh, Dong Nai
Salary: Negotiate
Working days: Monday-Friday (7:45 am - 4:30 pm, 45' lunch break)
Shuttle bus: 4 routes (From Hang Xanh, Thu Duc, Bien Hoa, and Ba Ria)
13-Month salary + bonus 2 times per year.
