JOB DUTIES:
Report to Swiss Sales ManagerAssigned to Sales Department
Job Responsibilities:- Responsible for making analyses market, plan and implement for sales man to achieve annual sales sortex target.
- Responsible for planning, deploy marketing plan: exhibition, seminar ...
- Support technical for service after sales
1) Sales sortex
• Deploy sales plan from region to sales man
• Monitor, support, and report all activities
• Implement brainstorming of team to find solution for sales sortex machine.
• Analyse market and give sales strategy to BOD
• Support sales man
• Survey, search sortex machine in Vietnam market
IN ORDER TO
Accomplish annual sales target
2) Marketing
• Organize event of company: exhibition, seminar, workshop…
• Make budget for activities marketing
• Control budget of marketing
• Report activities of marketing to BOD
IN ORDER TO
Promote products to more and more customers and support sales to achieve target.
3) Support technical for service after sales
• Coordinate with expert to test machine
• Translate technical document
• Report issues of machine
• Report damage equipment and receive to replace
• Report all issues of sortex machine to BOD
IN ORDER TO
Ensure maintenance with the best efficiency and satisfy of customer
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Desirable Background & Experience:- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a lean sales team and working closely with Sales Manager
- Independent, organised and target oriented
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to work independently and as a team player across departments
- Able to communicate well with multi-cultural people to send the right message to other parties
- Strong background for solution selling, Motivation for sales!
