GENERAL INFORMATION
Position: Japanese Speaking – BSE - Software Developer – IT
Level: Staff or Leader (future Executive)
Contract term: Permanent
Recruitment reason: New-hire for New Business field
Expected joining date: June/July 2017
Work location: HCMC
Work time: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
Saturday: every other week / off once per month
Others: Possibility Training working in Japan in future depends on CDD’s experience. All staying fee in Japan will be offered from company
JOB DUTIES
Report to VN reader and JP MG
Assigned to NEW Main PJ (for Software development team)
Job Responsibilities:
As BSE, taking corporation and communication between the Vietnamese engineering team and Japanese staffs, Japanese headquarters and customers.
Interpreter and Translation.
Negotiation with customers, as BSE between the Vietnamese engineering team corporate with Japanese staff.
Instructions to Vietnamese members

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Desirable Background and Experience:
Qualification: Bachelor Degree
Experienced software development (Embedded system) over 5years
Working experience for Japanese companies or experience worked with Japanese people.
Embedded OS, C (microcomputer development) experience
Knowledge for reading Circuit diagrams including microcontrollers
Japanese skills (N3 or higher)
English proficiency required (TOEIC: 600 points or more)
Excellent communication skills to report, contact, and consult
Others (Preferable): Interesting for Japan
Desirable Characters:
Gender: Male
Age: 25-40 years old.
Personality: Hardworking, Enthusiastic. Strong interesting for Japan.
Good listener, Patient. Cheerful, Happy, Communication lover with people.
