§ Position: IT SYSTEM ASSISTANT MANAGER - MANUFACTURING

§ Work Time:
- Monday-Friday (7:30 – 16:30)
- Saturday (7:30-16:30) off once per month
JOB DUTIES
§ Report directly to Vietnamese General Administration Deputy Director & Japanese Director
§ Manages 6 staffs
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the network operating system, software, hardware in the company
- Implement IT related improvement activities
- Maintain and repair the company’s IT system
- Solve problems related to IT and manage the IT team
- Manage and implement policies and procedures on data security
- Other duties will be shared in more details in the interview
Job RequirementS
§ Desirable Experience & Background
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
- Language Skills: English Business Level OR Japanese Business Level
- 5+ years of management experience in the same position
- Rich knowledge of hardware, software
- Good communication and team work skills
- Others (preferable): working experience in Japanese companies
