JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Japanese Production Manager (male, 40s)
§ Assigned to Production Department
§ Manage 50 workers
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise at production lines
- Daily manpower arrangement at line following production plan
- Control model change over and shift change over
- Control and ensure production progress following the plan
- Lines quality management and solve problem happened at line
- Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Production Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree OR Diploma Degree in related fields
- Language skill(s): Japanese business level
- From 3+ years of experience working at similar positions in Japanese manufacturing companies
§ Desirable Characters:
- Gender: Male preferable
- Age: 25-35
