JOB DUTIES

§  Report to Hanoi Branch Manager & General Manager

§  Assigned to Underwriting Dept

§  Main Tasks:

v JOIN PROJECTS WITH MARKETING & OTHER DEPARTMENTS

ü  Attend the meeting with MKT & other Depts

ü  Attend the meeting with partners, distribution channels, …

ü  Support Manager to prepare meeting documents

ü  Design insurance product

ü  Follow-up product after launching in respect of: LR control, Product revision, data for analysis,…

v SUPPORT MANAGER TO BUILD UP UNDERWRITING STRUCTURE

ü  Review wordings of all lines for standardization

ü  Review and Make additional clauses of all lines to standardize our library of additional clauses

ü  Review all Underwriting Forms including but not limited to Referral Form, Proposal Form, Quotation Form, Policy Schedule Form, Cover Note Form,

ü  Build up UWRI Guideline for all insurance products, follow-up to revise if necessary

v STUDY LEGAL ISSUES RELATING TO UNDERWRITING & REINSURANCE

v OTHERS as assigned, including but not limited to technical advice, referral, analysis, audit,...

 

Job RequirementS

§  Must:

ü  Gender: Any

ü  Age: Under 32 years old

ü  Qualification: Bachelor Degree

ü  Certificate: Insurance or Business related background

ü  Language Skills:       Good English communication (both oral & written)

ü  Experienced: At least 3 years working in Non-life Insurance industry with Underwriting experience. (Mainly focus on marine, property, engineering)

ü  Good at Word & Excel, presentation, communication skill, team work

§  Preferable:

ü  Gender: Male

ü  Understand all Non-life insurance products.
