- Monday - Friday (8:00~17:00)

JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Vietnamese Deputy Manager
§ Assigned to Accounting Division
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Process payment
- General Ledger booking
- Manage claim settling Agent
- General Ledger (GL) booking
Process payments:
- Processing payment in bank system for all company payments
- Informing related person when payments are made
- Filling all company payments
General Ledger (GL) booking:
- Booking all GL transactions (including suspend & adjustment booking for month end closing)
- Booking investment and internal transfer
- Deposit cash to bank
- Booking installment in group book
- Doing daily and monthly bank reconciliation for managed bank accounts
- Verifying bank accounts that are managed by others
- Reconcile deposit and interest accounts
- Follow up and clear suspend accounts
Manage Claim settling agent
- Book receipts for all receipts from principals and revenue from claim settling agent
- Requesting to issue VAT invoice for Claim settling agent service
- Create AP invoice for Claim settling agent
- Making payment for Claim settling agent
- Inform Claim department when payments are made
- Control outstanding Claim settling agent payable, receivable
Run reports
- Run reports from the system as required
- Informing related person when payments are made
Other works as assigned by managers
Job RequirementS
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: University Graduation in Accounting
- Professional certificate is preferable
- Language Skills: English fluency
- 2-3 years’ experience in Accounting works, experience in insurance is a plus but not a must
- Well understanding of international and local accounting practices
- Good communication skills
