GENERAL INFORMATION

ü  Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)

§  Salary Range: Gross 1300-1700USD per month (negotiable)

§  Allowance(s): Transportation / Mobile

§  Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus

§  Benefit(s): Follow law

§  Selection Process: Two rounds (face-to-face)

 

JOB DUTIES:

§  Report to Japanese Director

§  Manage: one staff

§  Assigned to Legal Department

§  Job Responsibilities:

- Support establishment and M&A for Foreign companies (mainly Japanese Company)

- Provide legal advice, draft contracts and other legal documentation, including but not limited to

- Resolve our company issues related to legal

-Handle outside counsels

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

- Qualification: University degree in Law (Bachelors, Masters, or other).

- Language Skills: English business level

- Certificate: Lawyer license in Vietnam 

- 3+ years of experience in law firm

- Experience of establishment foreign companies or support to establish them



Others (Preferable):

-      Experience in Japanese or other foreign companies

-      Well understanding about Japanese working style

-      Japanese conversation level

-          Age: Under 35 years old
