Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:30pm)
Salary Range: Gross 800-1000 USD /Per Month /Negotiable
Selection Process: Two or Three rounds and Accounting test (via Skype and face-to-face)
JOB DUTIES:
Report to Japanese director in Vietnam and mother company in Singapore
Job Responsibilities:
-Overseeing Office’s accounting operations to ensure all activities run smoothly. This includes managing money-in, money-out, financial reporting to mother company and Viet Nam authorities and payroll
-Checking all Tax (business tax, CIT, PIT, VAT,FCT tax annual Tax finalization returns) accurately before submitting to authority regulatory timely; prepare quarterly PIT, VAT declaration of company, submit and payment to Tax Department, PIT finalization.
- Monthly Financial Report to mother company (BS and PL, PL analysis) , management to Corporate Co ( sale booking , turnover, profit, cost, efficiency, analysis…)
-Monthly BEP, cash flow report to director
-Making budget for next year; control all the cost for the budget of departments and analysis variances (actual and budget) in the end of the year.
-Inputting data to NAV accounting systems and checking journal and ledge entries, bank statement
-Preparing detail reports to mother company and Viet Nam accounting standard (monthly fix asset, accrue expense, allocation cost…)
-Making all other report required by Local authorities, Board of management
-Monthly salary calculation for staff and director
-Managing insurance for staff and benefit related insurance for staff
-Insurance declaration on software

-Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree
-Language Skills:English Proficient
-Gender: Any
-Experience: worked as Accounting at least three years
-Knowledge of finance and IFRS
Preferable Requirements
-Qualification: Accounting
-Language Skills:Japanese Conversational
-Experience: worked as HR staff
Desirable Character:
-Personality: Diligent, honesty, accurate, punctual, enthusiastic
