<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage general accounting, Account Receivable, Account Payable, etc.
- Support month end close tasks
- Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Handle payroll arrangement (salary, tax, social insurance)
- Issuing VAT invoice to clients, ensure the accuracy & timely manner
of invoices issued
- Following up VAT refund and adjustment minute.
- Maintain records of VAT invoices issued for VAT out declaration
preparation
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender:Woman
・Education: Bachelor degree(Accounting related)
・Age; 25-35 years old
・Language:Japanese Business level and English conversational level
・More than 3 years working experience as an Accounting Staff in any industry
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have Chief Accountant certification
・Working in Japanese Trading Company
・Having Leader Experience
