<Job Responsibilities>
Job title: SCM (Supply Chain Management) Business process consultant.
・Understand key issues of the client’s SCM/logistics operations and its IT systems, and create a counter proposal for the client to improve its management and operation.
・Deliver and Work as a project member and create key deliverables (e.g. Assessment documents, Business Process Flow, Business Requirement Definition, Fit&Gap analysis with a certain application function)
・Propose appropriate measures to fill gaps using IT or non-IT solution
・Negotiate and facilitate key discussions in both Vietnamese and English.
・Work closely with project managers to deliver appropriate consulting services for our clients.
・Conduct project sessions with clients in Vietnamese/English.
・Support pre sales and creating a proposal for consulting projects.
・Support managers for recruiting new employees, finding alliance partners in Vietnam and reporting to the Headquarter.
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor Degree and above

・Experience:
1. From 2 - 7 years consulting working experience in consulting firms.
(Junior level staff has 2-5 years experience, Senior Level staff has more than 5 years experience)
- Problem-solving experience with deliverables (Assessment/Issue analysis/Business Process Design/ Business Requirement)
2. Understanding:
- Deep understanding of Supply chain business operations such as sales management, purchase management, inventory management, warehouse operations, material handling, transport assignment, etc.
- Logistics-related IT solutions e.g. CRM (Customer relationship management) ERP (enterprise resource planning), WMS (warehouse management system), TMS (transport management system), etc.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Japanese Business Level
・Have study or worked in Japan before.
・Have experience working in Japanese companies.
・Experience in SCM related IT solution implementation (SAP SD/MM, other ERP, SAP APO, JDA, etc.).
・Experience in sales management IT solution implementation (Salesforce, MS Dynamics CRM, ZOHO CRM, Sugar CRM, etc.).
・Experience in logistics IT solution implementation (Infor WMS, Manhattan, SAP WM, etc.).
・Experience in designing business processes and system requirements.
・Experience in project management of a consulting project or PMO experience.
・Work experience in a logistics, IT or manufacturing company.
・Presales experience of professional services like consulting, IT implementation,

・High competency skills (logical thinking, negotiation, team leadership).
・Strong motivation to build up career in business consulting field.
・Excellent communication skills, especially interviewing clients, facilitating meetings, coordinating clients with other stakeholders.
・Self-motivated to become a leading consultant in the market and an ability to work and motivate others to start up business consulting practice.
<Schedule>
・Interview round: 3 rounds (First 2 in Vietnam and final interview is in Japan, company will pay expense)
・Interviewer:
- 1st interview: Director in Vietnam
- 2nd interview: Department Manager in Japan via Skype
- Final interview: CEO in Japan
