<Job Responsibilities>
Company is recruiting 2 level for this position:
1. Business Developer Staff:
・Develop new clients, make surveys (clients satisfaction, clients trend,...) and collect data from client.
・Maintain good relationship with current clients, visit clients regularly, develop new clients from existing clients
・Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
2. Business Developer Manager:
・Develop new clients, make surveys (clients satisfaction, clients trend,...) and collect data from client.
・Maintain good relationship with current clients, visit clients regularly, develop new clients from existing clients.
・Respond to client's needs and provide strategy to meet with the needs.
・Come up with sales strategy, sales way, sales target.
・Manage and train other members.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: College and above
・Gender: Any
・Age: Under 40 years old
・Language: Have both below
- English Business Level (internal communication, communicating with clients, mail and phone calls)
- Chinese Conversational Level (for internal communication)
・Experience:
1. Staff:
Have at least 3 years working experience as Corporate Sales positions, manufacturing companies.
2. Manager:
Have at least 5 years working experience as Corporate Sales positions, manufacturing companies.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have experience working in OA/Electric/Machines industry.
・Have Japanese
・Have experience working in Chinese companies, Japanese companies
・Have experience studying in China.
・Have management experience.
