<Job Responsibilities>
- GENERAL MISSION
+ Manage and operate a domestic and outbound tourism business
+ Responsible for making sales and closing sales of the entire domestic and foreign tourism business
+ Participate in other business segments assigned by the Director from time to time.
- HR MANAGEMENT
+ Manage, evaluate, and motivate employees
+ Recommend recruiting, training, rewarding, and disciplining employees
+ Supervise and urge employees to comply with company rules as prescribed.
+ Responsible for the planned operating costs of the assigned array.
- SALE
+ Responsible for product offering and making assigned profit sales.
+ Receive, respond to information, and quote according to customers' requests.
+ Find new customers, exploiting and developing relationships with potential customers
+ Take care of customers and resolve customer complaints.
+ Propose policies to take care of loyal and regular customers.
+ Plan to survey and evaluate the needs and psychology of target customers and potential customers
+ Responsible for tracking sales, debt collection
- CUSTOMER SERVICE
+ Monitor and operate the tour accurately, throughout, and in accordance with the quality committed to customers including travel services, hotels, meals, air tickets, visas, guides... etc.
+ Monitor ongoing services and resolve issues that arise.
- PRODUCTS AND MARKETING
+ Build travel products and programs from packages, individual services, or customized products,
+ Coordinate airline ticket offices and alliance partners to schedule regular departures.
+ Product development for the visa segment
+ Implement price policy, sales policy, and database with Suppliers, international Landtour partners, alliance partners...etc.
+ Search and develop mainstream products with unique colors
+ Update new products according to customer needs and travel trends.
+ Propose marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, advertising, promotions, communication, and domestic fairs
- PLAN AND REPORT
+ Develop periodic business budget plans according to regulations and propose business strategies for assigned segments.
+ Plan short and long-term overall business development orientation.
+ Research the market, analyze competitors, and research potential customers and their products.
+ Plan the action of the entire assigned array, monitor the performance, and report the results periodically by week, month, quarter, and year.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: College Degree, major in Tourism.
・Language: Intermediate Level
・Experience:
- At least 3 years working as a Sales Manager in Tourism industry.
- Experienced in the travel business and human resource management
・Other:
- Have good character, honesty, frankness, confidentiality
- Be able to work overtime and go on business trips as planned.
