<Main Task>
Department: Finance & Accounting Department
- Check applications for expenses;
- Checking payment vouchers for Local & Oversea Suppliers & staffs;
- Bank reconciliation monthly;
- Checking tax declarations including PIT for Vietnamese & Foreigner, VAT, FCT, CIT, Transfer pricing; Working with professional consultation on taxes related issues.
- Preparing Social/Medical/Unemployment insurances declarations;
- Checking service contracts, checking time sheets & revenue calculation;
- Management of company assets;
- Consultation to Board of Management, other department where required
Essential requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above (Background in Accounting/Finance major).
- Gender: Any.
- Age: 30-36
- English at business level
- Experience: Have at least 5 year of working experience in accounting/taxes . Experience in accounting service is preferable
- Skills & Personalities:
+ Honest, patient, proactive;
+ Team-work spirit;.
+ Goodwill to work long-term.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word.
+ Knowledge of accounting software will be an added advantage.
