<Job Duties>:
- Ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services required for our operations with experience in a field related to building engineering or maintenance of equipment related to building operations and operations support to Managers
- Prospect and conduct ongoing market intelligence to identify and develop potential suppliers as per the Company's needs; Negotiate and establish favorable terms and agreements with suppliers. Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and specifications
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure accuracy in terms of quantity, specifications, and pricing. Coordinate and supervise contracting and uphold company policy of 3 quottations required;
- Resolve any supply, quality, or delivery issues promptly. Track and expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery;
- Take charge of all activities of procurement and operations support to the Company's project(s);
- Other tasks will be assigned by Head of Department
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree and above
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30 - 45 years old.
・Language: English Business level up.
・Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in a field related to building engineering or maintenance of equipment related to building operations and administrative tasks.
