Production Leader / Tổ Trưởng Sản Xuất - Manufacturing

<Job Responsibilities>
1. Managing production activities:
- Prepare and organize the implementation of production orders.
- Control and directly manage activities in the production process.
2. Product quality control:
- Organize and implement quality assurance measures according to product standards.
- Control the process of handling non-conforming products and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders, monitor, control, and report daily, weekly, and monthly production situations.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: Graduated from University majoring in Mechanical Engineering or related mechanical fields.
- Language: English - Business Level OR Japanese - Business Level.
- Experience: Have 5 years of experience working at a mechanical machine tool manufacturer and at least 3 years of experience working in a product production management position.
- Have knowledge of NC and CNC machining; Able to set up and operate CNC machines; Master CNC management skills and processes
- Have knowledge of material temperature, CAD, CAM, SOLIDWORKS
- Experience in production process improvement activities.
- Know and use fingerprint 7 quality management and data analysis tasks.
- Understanding of Kaizen, 5S.
