- Work as a new joint venture project member
- Manage supporting department members
- Proposals to improve financial strength and implementation and financing capacity
- Proposals and implementation to secure stable earnings and Reduce Costs
- Report to Japan headquarters
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 35 ~ 50

・Education: Bachelor's Degree or above
・Language: English Business Level or above
・Experience:
- Have around 10 years of working experience in Finance in the Real estate or Construction industry or any other related industry.
- Have around 5 years of management experience.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience:
- Have around 10 years of working experience in Finance in the Real estate industry.
- Experience in an MNC company that has relations with a joint venture group.
- Experience in consolidation closing operations
- Business combination closing operations
- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
<Personality / Skills>
・Have a strong sense of responsibility and excellent leadership skills.
・Able to communicate smoothly beyond age, nationality, and company affiliation
