<Job Duties>
- Responsible for leasing issues of designated companies in the group
- Lead full cycle leasing process including introduction, negotiation, lease agreement, handover and support customer services regarding the designated companies' properties.
- Conduct market research of potential clients, competitors and market benchmarks of rental and occupancy cost.
- Identify property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting the features and benefits of the properties.
- Prepare and maintain leasing documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare and follow up with internal teams and tenants to complete related contractual documentation
- Establish and build networking channels/relationships with potential partners, tenants and agents; Follow up with prospective tenants to convert leads into signed leases.
- Respond to tenant inquiries, provide accurate information, and address concerns professionally. Assist with tenant move-ins and orientations, ensuring a smooth transition into property
- Other tasks as assigned by the Leasing Manager and HOD

・Experience:
- At least 3 years of working experience as leasing staff for grade A buildings, complex buildings and shopping malls with large scale.
