Work details
**Import:
1. Receive pre-alert from overseas, file manifest, send arrival notice to the customer, and release Delivery Order to customer.
2. Contact with the customer to prepare to do import customs clearance, and update information for cargo release to the consignee (CNEE).
3. Check import requirement procedure to import cargo and reply to customer, overseas, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), HS code, import license
4. Input revenue/cost into the system, check and confirm costs to agent, issue Debit/Credit Notes for customers/overseas agents, handle internal data entry
5. Keep updated on relevant laws and regulations
6. Correspondence with other sections and our overseas partner offices.
7. Other jobs as per BOD’s requirements.
**Export:
1. Receive and manage inquiries from customers/overseas and arrange bookings.
2. Contact the customer to prepare to do export customs clearance, and update information for cargo release to the customer.
3. Check export procedures, including MSDS, and HS codes; ensure accurate documentation.
4. Issue House Bill, update Verified Gross Mass (VGM), and Master Bill (MBL) on the carrier’s system; submit Advance Filing Rules (AFR), Entry Summary Declarations (ENS), Automated Manifest System (AMS), Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) as required.
5. Send pre-alerts to overseas agents and relevant parties.
6. Input revenue/cost into the system, check and confirm costs to agent, issue Debit/Credit Notes for customers/overseas agents, handle internal data entry
7. Check and track telex releases from carriers
8. Keep updated on relevant laws and regulations
9. Correspondence with other sections and our overseas partner offices.
10. Other jobs as per BOD’s requirements
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・ Education: Bachelor's degree, major in Economics, Foreign Trade, Maritime and so on.
・ Age: 25 - 35
・ Gender: Any
・ Language: English business level
・ Experience: At least 3 - 4 years of experience with knowledge in all fields: Air or sea freight forwarding customs brokers and logistics operation, Customs clearance, Domestic delivery
(Warehouse experience is an advantage)
