Work details
Job description:
Create KPIs, regulations, and processes for business relationships.
Create, submit, and control budgets, investment expenses and asset management charts.
Prepare ISO reciprocal, internal and external audits, and complaints.
Consult with the manufacturer when having construction.
Prepare accident reports, monthly reports, and KPI reports.
Manage warehouse management systems and equipment.
Support related works from the head office and other departments
Requirement:
From 25~30 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Foreign Trade or related major.
At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
Good command in Japanese, prefer know more about English.
Experience in a Japanese manufacturing company is preferred.
Good at the office computer.
Cooperative spirit and high responsibility, trustworthiness, and teamwork.
Candidates residing in Dong Nai and surrounding areas.
Company information:
Salary: 21 - 23mil VND Gross
Working in Long Duc Industrial Park.
Working days: Monday - Friday (7:45 am - 4:30 pm, 45' lunch break)
Shuttle bus: 4 routes (From Hang Xanh, Thu Duc, Bien Hoa, and Ba Ria)
13-Month salary + bonus 2 times per year.
