JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Vietnamese Admin Leader (female, 30s)
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Handle purchasing orders from dealers; check and forward to Singapore office
- Analyze sales data and records to conduct good view of the branch’s overall performance
- Follow up with shipping and delivery time; update with dealers when necessary
- Assist in all general administrative tasks for the representative office
- Support expat with work permit, visa, residental card under Admin Leader’s instructions
- Provide documents as needed and check work results on accounting and payroll functions of the outsourcing service firm
- Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in related fields (must)
- Language skill(s): English fluent
- Computing: MS Office proficiency
- From 1+ year of experience working at similar positions
§ Desirable Characters:
- Gender: Female only
- Age: 24-28
- Personality: meticulous, honest, supportive, hard-working
