<Job duties>
- Be in charge in General Accounting for Food Department. such as payment arrangement, manage receivable account, payable account, etc...
- Follow-up Credit management of all Dept.
- Sales/ Purchase Checklist: pick up sampling purchase/ sales transactions, check the credit limit, evidences,...
- Prepare inventory reconciliation, warehouse physical checking for tax audit.
- Convert principle data to Misa accounting software for VAS purchase, sales, inventory report.
- Translate GL's (General Ledger) remarks, input new codes in MKS (Mankichi Accounting System)/ SAP
- File all documents into files, classify document such as TAR, TAP, expense, etc...
- Other task requested by Supervisor, General Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Accounting/ Finance/ Auditing
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: Having at least 3 years of experience in accounting position in trading companies
・Professional Skill: Excel skills, critical thinking, time management, negotiation skills.
<Preferable Skills>
- Having experience in Japanese trading companies
