ü Monday-Friday ( 8am-5pm )

JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Japanese Manager
§ Assigned to Sales Department
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall strategic business plan, including demand creation, market intelligence, product planning and development, distribution and pricing. Own the overall business results which include revenue, profitability, return on capital and growth.
- Recruit new channel partners and develop existing partner relationships in nationwide.
- Establish, communicate and execute short and long-range business goals, objectives and policies.
- Implementing channel marketing plans
- Drive distributors to expand reseller network.
- Responsible to deliver expected business results.
- Detailed, accurate quarterly forecasting
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Language Skills: English business
- 10yrs experience working in foreign trading company in manager roles, good
- 10+ year experience of driving channel sales ideally in high tech MNCs
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners.
- Driven, highly motivated and passionate about sales.
- Good analytical, planning & presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively across different cultures
