§ Report to President of the company (Japanese)
§ Main Tasks: The Director of Channel Sales (General Manager) is responsible for the development and execution of company’s
- Develop and implement the overall strategic business plan, including demand creation, market intelligence, product planning and development, distribution and pricing.
- Own the overall business results which include revenue, profitability, return on capital and growth to meet assigned target and strategic objectives.
- Detailed, accurate quarterly forecasting to achieve sales target and ensure stocks management, order loading is well
- Establish, communicate and execute short and long-range business goals, objectives and policies.
- Recruit new channel partners and develop existing partner relationships in nationwide to expand business and increase market share for the company
- Manage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis. Advises customers on strategic business and technology plans, drive distributors to expand reseller network
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
- Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements
- Co-ordinate with business marketing and planning to implement channel marketing plans
- Enlists the support of sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed.
Job RequirementS
§ Must:
- Gender: Any (prefer Female)
- Age: 35-42
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- 10yrs experience working in foreign trading company in management roles
- 10+ year experience of driving channel sales ideally in high-tech MNCs
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners.
- Driven, highly motivated and passionate in sales.
- Good analytical, planning & presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively across different cultures
- Fluent in English
