Position: JAPANESE SPEAKING – HR SPECIALIST - CONSTRUCTION
Job code: JO-180618-165291
Level: Staff
Contract Term: 2 to 3 year labor contract (to be renewed according to the staff performance and project duration)
Recruitment Reason: Expansion
Expected joining date: ASAP
Work location: District 1, HCMC
Work time: Monday - Friday (8:30 - 17:30)
Salary Range: Gross $800 - 1000 USD /Per Month /Non negotiable
Allowance(s):
•Gas and Meal: $50
•Laptop, cell phone, bike parking fees to be provided by the company
•Fixed allowance (after probation): TBD
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance review once per year/ Yearly bonus (depending to the staff performance and the company condition)

Job Description
Report to HR Deputy Manager (Female) and Administration Manager (Male)
Job Responsibility:
-To prepare, manage and follow up all related HR documents, mainly in Recruiting such as searching candidates, posting Job, screening CVs, booking interview…
-To coordinate with agents or any third parties to proceed hiring plans.
-To prepare any documents relating to HR registration / reports to authorities as applicable regulations.
-To cooperate with other departments to support all Staffs on all HR issues.
-To conduct any HR/ Admin tasks instructed by HR Deputy Manager/HR manager/Contract Manager
Requirements
Desirable Experience and background:
Essential Requirements:
-Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor Degree
-Language Skills: English business level
Japanese business level (equivalent to N2)
-Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills with Microsoft packages
-Gender: Female
-Age: 26 – 29
-Experiences: At least 2 years experience in HR – Recruitment cum Admin.

-N/A
Desirable Personality:
-Hard working, a team player with good interpersonal skills and comfortable liaising with people across all levels.
-Ability to work independently and do multi tasks.
-Motivated, resourceful, proactive and able to pay attention to details.
