Work Time:
Monday – Friday (8:00~17:00)
Saturday(8:00-17:00)/ Every Other Saturday
Salary Range: Gross 500-700 USD /Per Month /Negotiable
Allowance(s): Free Lunch at Vietnam factory
Bonus and Incentives: 13th Month bonus
Selection Process: Two rounds (face-to-face)
Others: Training in Japan for at least three years. Japanese headquarter will provide house and allowance in Japan.

Job Description
Report to Japanese Factory Manager
Job Responsibilities:
-Get on-the-job training about all of the factory (Purchasing, Production Control, Production Technical QA, QC and Equipment and Machinery Maintenance etc…)
-Cooperates and build up the good relationship with Japanese Factory staff
-Have qualification exams in Japanese
-Learn about Japanese, Japanese culture and working style

Requirements
Desirable Background & Experience:
Essential Requirements
-Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree
-Language Skills:Japanese Conversational at least N3
-Gender: Male
-Age: Under 25
-Be able to stay in Japan at least three years
-Be able to keep working in their Vietnamese company after training
Preferable Requirements
-Qualification: Bachelor's Degree Mechanical Engineering
Desirable Character:
-Be interested in a machine and Japan
-Personality: Diligent, honesty, accurate, punctual, enthusiastic
