JOB DUTIES:
Report to Vietnamese Manager
Assigned to CAD Engineer department
Job Responsibilities:
-Carry out 2D/3D design for Piping work concerned with Industrial Plant such as Energy from Waste Plant using PDMS software as below described:
1. Perform to create/modify 3D Model of Equipment, Structure and Pipe routing using specifications, standard drawings, design instructions, plot plan, flow diagrams, line list and supplier information by Engineering software.
2. Output the list of Piping components needed in the Plant.
3. Prepare the drawings related to Piping system such as (Piping Arrangement drawing, Isometric drawing, Support Detail drawing….)
4. Carry out the above job, leading team while coordinating it with Hitachi Zosen Corporation.

Essential Requirements
-Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree Electrical Engineering
-Language Skills:English Conversational
-Gender: Any
-Age: Any
-Having the experience of 3D-CAD / PDMS.
-Willing to go oversea for training and working (from 6 months to 1 year)
-Has minimum 5-year experience of "creating" Piping Arrangement (Layout) Drawing.
*** Note:
"Creating" does not mean tracing and inputting information included in already completed
"Piping Arrangement (Layout) Drawing into computer to create 3D Model".
Term of "creating" means to design and produce the said Piping Arrangement (Layout)
Drawing based on Process & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID), Mechanical Data Sheet,
Material Balance, etc.
For this, the following engineering skill, for example, is required.
(1) To be able to understand the Process & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID),
Material Balance Sheet, Mechanical Data Sheet, etc.
(2) To be able to calculate the pressure loss to verify the adequacy of Piping Arrangement (Layout) Drawing.
(3) To be able to understand the required straight pipe length before the flow meter, etc
(4) To be able to locate the expansion joint, fixed support, etc to release the stress.
(5) To have other basic knowledge of Piping Engineering
