< Job description >
- It will be a opening position associated with the opening of a new
large-scale serviced apartment in Hai Phong that is scheduled to
start moving in April 2020.
- The serviced apartment is for expatriates and business travelers.
- Propose Japanese quality housing for Japanese and Korean living in
Hai Phong.
< In detail >
- Report line: Japanese apartment manager (female in her 50s)
- Sales activities for attracting service apartment customers
(Mainly find new clients of Japanese company)
- Introduction to prospective customers and room guidance
- Create sales promotion materials
- Contract procedure with tenants
- Regular follow-up after moving in
< Requirement >
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 year experience as sales experience( any industry)
- English business level
- Gender: Any
- Age: 30 - 40
- Able to work independently
<Preferable >
- Working experience in Japan or Japanese company
- Experience in related industry (Real Estate/Hotel etc.)
- Japanese conversational level
- Management experience
