Warehouse Manager - Logistics

• Employee management: 12 (with 3 data workers, customer service).
• Report to: Country WH Manager / Branch Director
•Ensure all daily operation runs smoothly
•Control Workforce
•Build good relationship with Internal – Colleague /External- Client
•Manage daily operation, overtime of Workforce properly for Cost control, connect with WF to assign suitable staff to work Overtime.
•Control Workforce in working lines to strictly obey SOP & IOP & regulations for smooth daily operations.
•Contribute, follow & control SOP for all activities.
•Check and follow up inbound process, outbound process, stored process, stock out process, cycle count process…
•Ensure Whs is always best status, especially welcome visitor.
•Ensure Whs is always in cleaning, good arranging and always apply 5S in daily operation.
•Ensure that Whs in strictly HSSE process – Healthy, Safety, Security, Environment in daily operation
•Support to handle ad-hoc tasks which are assigned by BOM or Team Leader.
•Be willing to do ad-hoc tasks of operations in case of need.
•Prepare the monthly report to send external client, Internal department (OPS, CS, Accounting ).
•Handle monthly charges.

Essential requirements
•Over 01- 02 year experience in Warehouse function, especially distribution field
•Education Background: College / University (Foreign Trade / Business Administration)
•Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook proficiency.
•Language: English fluency
•Be willing to work overtime (out of office hours, weekend, break days) to finish tasks assigned
•Concerning and improve currently operations process of inbound, outbound, stored, stock out – raise ideas of suggestion to BOD when needed.
•On behalf of BOD working or communication directly with Workforce when needed.

Desirable requirements:

• Male candidate in forwarder / logistics / supply chain industry is preferred.
